Principal Sourcing TPM Bellevue, Washington, USA Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. The Amazon Leo Hardware Supply Chain team is seeking a Principal Sourcing TPM to drive technical manufacturing and supply chain operations for hardware assemblies destined for our satellites. The successful candidate will manage contract manufacturers' end-to-end production processes while maintaining focus on quality and delivery requirements. Key job responsibilities • Will support management of contract manufacturers end-to-end production process for assigned hardware assemblies • Ensure on-time delivery to meet Amazon Leo's production rate requirements • Drive production planning and execution aligned with cross-functional priorities • Measure, Control and Improve capacity, quality, manufacturing rate/processes, and delivery KPIs at contract manufacturers • Lead technical deep dives to resolve manufacturing blockers and constraints • Balance development and engineering needs to minimize production impacts • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks • Develop and
