Principal Program Manager, Selling Partner Trust, Selling Partner Trust Seattle, Washington, USA Join Amazon's Selling Partner Trust team to protect and empower sellers across North America (NA) while safeguarding customers and the integrity of Amazon's store. You'll be the critical bridge between enforcement strategies and regional seller needs, ensuring compliance programs balance protection with business growth. 💼 What You'll Do Drive measurable impact on key metrics: Strategic Seller Reinstatement (SSRI), High-Value Listing Enforcements (HVLE), and HVLE False Positives Influence cross-VP organizations to shape risk strategies and seller experience standards across NA. Influence cross-VP organizations to shape risk appetite, define seller experience (SX) standards, and ensure enforcement strategies balance compliance with seller advocacy. In partnership with 3P business leaders, defining strategy, execution plans and tracking mechanisms to programmatically scale compliance programs across the NA stores. Develop and implementing mechanisms to ensure business interdependencies are surfaced and incorporated into tech and product roadmaps to build holistic, long-term program strategies for NA.
