What will you do? We're hiring a Principal Program Manager for our Integrations team in driving cross-organizational initiatives, influencing VP-level technology roadmaps, and unlocking millions in revenue through transformational improvements to our API ecosystem and developer experience. You'll operate with complete autonomy to identify and remediate endemic problems in our processes, drive architectural decisions across Product, Commercial, Engineering, and Operations organizations, and establish the strategic mechanisms that enable Amazon Shipping to scale developer experience at the pace our business demands. Working at the unique intersection where program leadership directly impacts revenue, you'll define multi-year technical and business roadmaps, influence resource allocation across VP organizations, and solve significantly complex problems where business and architectural strategies are undefined.
