We accomplish that mission by defining policies, aligning leadership on debates, anticipating or uncovering risk, updating global Operating Agreements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to consistently enforce rules while handling escalations and exceptions in a highly structured and organized manner. We are seeking an organized, experienced, results-oriented leader to oversee the structure, administration, and execution of global program policy frameworks that protect program integrity while enabling creator success at scale. This is a highly visible position that requires a candidate with proven strength in "Insist on the Highest Standards," "Dive Deep," and "Are Right a Lot" leadership principles who can consider multiple perspectives before developing comprehensive policy solutions that balance risk mitigation with creator enablement.
