Principal Program Manager, Central RME Nashville, Tennessee, USA Amazon's Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team ensures that our global fulfillment and operations networks run safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. We are hiring a Principal Program Manager to lead Central RME end-to-end strategy and execution across launch, delivery, product and tech teams, working closely with cross-functional partners to translate strategic requirements into clear, executable operating models. The scope includes navigating significant operational complexities and requires a big-picture thinker who can assess existing business strategy, apply proven concepts, and quickly develop innovative, scalable strategies. Strong executive presence and exceptional written communication skills are critical for influencing Directors and senior VPs in this high-visibility program. This role requires you work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains.
