You'll own the product vision and strategy for creative intelligence and optimization capabilities, defining how AI learns from every impression to continuously improve creative performance at scale. Key job responsibilities Define product vision and strategy for creative optimization and intelligence systems, creating a clear multi-year roadmap that guides engineering, science, and design efforts across the organization Own the product definition for closed-loop systems that generate, score, serve, measure, and continuously improve creative performance Establish quality and performance frameworks that define success across creative quality, advertiser performance, and system efficiency Drive cross-organizational alignment by influencing priorities and building consensus across multiple engineering, science, and product teams Communicate strategic narratives to senior leadership, contributing to planning cycles and helping executives understand the long-term opportunity in creative intelligence A day in the life In this role, you'll focus on defining the multi-year roadmap for creative optimization and intelligence systems. You'll work across science, engineering, and design teams to translate complex opportunities into clear product strategy.
