We're looking for a Principal, Accounting to join our Luxembourg-based EMEA Accounting Policy team and help shape the future of our accounting organization. This is a leadership role where you'll lead across the region, providing expert guidance on complex accounting matters in a fast-moving, international environment. We're seeking a hands-on accounting policy professional who thrives on ambiguity and solving complex technical challenges and wants to make a real difference in a high-growth setting. You'll combine deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS with a tech- and data-driven mindset. If you're eager and adept in leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance accounting research, streamline policy development, and improve processes, you'll thrive in this role. You'll work with a high degree of autonomy and cross-functionally, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external business partners across markets, distilling diverse inputs to design the right long-term solutions that drive scalable growth.
