Amazon Payments is seeking a high-energy Program Manager to lead transformative initiatives in our Latin America Payments Business Operations team. You'll manage end-to-end payment reconciliation across Brazil and Mexico, supporting billions in transactions across all payment processors while driving strategic improvements to our customer experience. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of payments operations through artificial intelligence and automation. You'll work with frontier technology to implement autonomous reconciliation systems that auto-match transactions, while building strong partnerships with payment processors and internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance across our regional operations.
