Amazon Payments is seeking a high-energy Program Manager to lead transformative initiatives in our Latin America Payments Business Operations team. You'll manage end-to-end payment reconciliation across Brazil and Mexico, supporting billions in transactions across all payment processors while driving strategic improvements to our customer experience. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of payments operations through artificial intelligence and automation. You'll work with frontier technology to implement autonomous reconciliation systems that auto-match transactions, while building strong partnerships with payment processors and internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance across our regional operations. Key job responsibilities * Oversee financial controllership, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting by collaborating with accounting and tax teams across Brazil and Mexico markets * Lead, prioritize, and direct cross-functional teams to meet and improve key payments and finance metrics and SLAs while supporting billions in transaction volume * Manage complex operational relationships with third-party payment partners across eight processors, ensuring contract adherence and system availability * Drive the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs focused on payment reconciliation automation and AI-powered systems implementation * Develop and implement financial controls and risk management strategies to ensure regulatory and internal compliance while identifying operational gaps in new offerings A day in the life Your day-to-day involves analyzing real-time reconciliation metrics across Brazil and Mexico, identifying trends and
