Ops Eng Technician - JNS, OpsTech Solutions, Supply Chain Antioch, Tennessee, USA The OpsTech Solutions (OTS) organization provides world-class IT services for Amazon's fulfillment centers and transportation networks worldwide. Within OTS, the Supply Chain organization ensures that Amazon operations sites have the tech equipment that they need, when they need it. We are seeking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Operations Team as a Process Assistant supporting our flagship Rapid Asset Deployment site, RAD1 in Antioch, Tennessee. The Process Assistant will be part of the Engineering team and will primarily help identify, root cause and resolve operational issues.
