About this role
Operations & Excellence Mngr, AMXL Osasco, Sao Paulo, BRA AMXL is growing in Brazil and is looking for a Program Manager for Operations Support & Partner Excellence, you will own quality, safety, learning, communications, and global benchmark. This role offers a unique opportunity to build support programs from the ground up, working with field teams and global counterparts across NA, EU, IN, and JP to establish Brazil as a center of excellence in AMXL operations. You will drive partner readiness, ensure compliance with Brazilian regulations, and create frameworks that enable sustainable growth across all nodes. Own all support functions for AMXL Brazil's expansion, directly influencing operational excellence nationwide. Benchmark and collaborate with AMXL teams globally to bring world-class practices to Brazil Serve as single source of truth for partner communications, quality standards, safety programs, and learning frameworks. Create training programs, safety initiatives, and quality processes that define AMXL Brazil's operational foundation. Drive engagement and recognition programs strengthening relationships with delivery partners across the network. Key job responsibilities -Quality Standards & Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain quality control processes and SOPs across all AMXL nodes. Conduct regular operational audits analyzing KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with field teams implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with Amazon's operational excellence standards. -Safety & Regulatory Compliance (WHS) Provide safety guidance and technical support to AMXL partners for compliance with Brazilian regulations. Perform safety audits across nodes enhancing safety culture and identifying risks. Lead safety initiatives, participate in incident investigations, and create safety training
