MX Delivery Experience Sr PM, MX CFX Mexico City, Mexico City, MEX The Amazon Mexico team is looking for a talented, smart, and experienced PM to help us build an exceptional Customer Fulfillment Experience (CFX). Joining the CFX team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment. The Sr DEX PM will be responsible for managing the delivery experience strategy. They will also partner with Operations, Business takeholders and emerging marketplaces CFX teams, among others to accelerate delivery speed and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. We expect this person to be a passionate customer and a business advocate within Amazon, with proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task. The ideal candidate must be an effective negotiator, leader and communicator working with cross functional teams across Amazon. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for retail, operations, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and resilience.
