The Amazon Robotics (AR) Operations organization is Amazon's manufacturing arm for industrial robotics. We manufacture high-quality robotics for fulfillment and transportation centers across Amazon. It's an operation that works cross-functionally with Engineering and Supply Chain teams. We are seeking a talented, collaborative manufacturing Manager with thorough knowledge of good manufacturing practices and continuous improvement to support manufacturing in our facility in Westborough MA In this role, you will lead and support a team of manufacturing associates in areas of material handling, electro-mechanical assembly, test, pack and ship. You will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts and delivering for customer, while maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and performance.
