About this role

Manager, Program Management – Grocery Delivery, NA Grocery Delivery New York, New York, USA Join Amazon's US Grocery Delivery team as a Manager of Program Management, where you will serve as the single-threaded owner of delivery strategy and execution across the US Grocery Fulfillment Center network. In this role, you will lead a team of six direct reports, owning both cost and quality performance for Grocery FC last mile delivery. You will act as a thought leader for your team - guiding deep dives into complex data to drive adjustments across proactive levers (driver scheduling, routing, and assignment) and reactive systems (exception management, andons, and alerts). Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will be critical to optimizing delivery performance and raising the bar for the customer experience. You will work cross-functionally with Amazon Flex, Retail, Capacity Planning, Operations, Operations Integration, and Technology teams to develop innovative solutions that advance organizational goals. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution - you will be expected to identify opportunities, build scalable mechanisms, and deliver measurable results across a complex and fast-moving network.
