Manager, PCBA Aerospace Manufacturing Test Engineering, Amazon Leo Bellevue, Washington, USA Project Kuiper is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. As PCBA Aerospace Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for deployment, qualification, continuous improvement of test systems, processes, and procedures at CM (Contract Manufacturing) sites for Satellite PCBAs. You will be a key member of PCBA Manufacturing team and will be the main interface between Amazon Leo internal test development teams and our manufacturing partners. You will ensure successful test deployment by working with your team to document procedures, train CM personnel, and providing ongoing support. You will have extensive debugging experience with the ability to dive deep, determine the root-cause of a test failures, and train others to do the same. Key job responsibilities • Develop test strategies, implement and optimize test setup/processes at Contract Manufacturing sites including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment, and maintenance programs. • Work with the R&D
