Directly manage team of technical program managers. Lead execution of technical program through full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Drive team members to define and manage program scope, timelines and deliverables, ensure on time delivery of milestones. Coordinate with cross-functional team across engineering, product, QA and operations to unblock team member's progress, facilitate alignment across stakeholder groups to ensure synchronized delivery. Drive continuous improvement in program execution and team process, identifying enhancements to improve program cycle efficiency. 40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $181,336/year to $221,300/year Amazon is a total compensation company.
