Come join our team and be a part of history as we deliver results for the largest cloud services company on Earth! re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is looking for a Maintenance Technician for its Reverse Logistics operation based in Greencastle, PA. Our mission is to manage and scale information technology asset disposition (ITAD) services for used electronics and electronic equipment (UEEE) through secure and environmentally sustainable practices supporting asset recovery, reuse, recycling, and other circular economy initiatives. The maintenance technician role will oversee the safe operation of custom designed plant equipment, some of which is heavy mechanical. This role is separate to facilities maintenance that look after HVAC and life safety, etc. Key job responsibilities • Performing regular PM (Preventative Maintenance) on plant equipment. • Acquire and maintain OEM manuals pertaining to all plant equipment. • Auditing equipment, ensuring all safety and protective guards are in place. • Take partnerships regularly with environmental health and safety team and participate in any and all safety incident reviews and programs. • Assess equipment breakdowns and perform certain on-site repairs depending on complexity. • Where repairs cannot
