Establish and maintain infrastructure, develop complex automation solutions, and ensure platform security and compliance. Oversee the complete automation lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to development, testing, and production deployment. Manage critical AWS infrastructure components including RDS, EKS, EC2, and S3, as well as UiPath components such as Kubernetes clusters. Conduct code reviews, establish technical standards and best practices, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployments. Expertise in UiPath, Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Coupa, and various AWS services is essential. Drive the organization's automation strategy by identifying optimization opportunities, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of innovation. This includes training and mentorship of new and non-technical members, sprint planning, and project pipeline management. Manage daily operations, create and monitor KPIs through custom dashboards for leadership, and maintain regular communication with stakeholders. Ensure all automation initiatives align with organizational objectives and security protocols while meeting business needs efficiently. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
