SEPO is a critical function within Amazon's Perfect Order Experience (POE) organization, dedicated to protecting the integrity of the marketplace by investigating and eliminating online e-commerce risk. By leveraging advanced tools, data-driven processes, and cross-functional collaboration, SEPO ensures that both sellers and buyers can trust the Amazon marketplace. Our team plays a vital role in safeguarding the customer experience by identifying policy violations, addressing seller performance concerns, and enforcing marketplace standards across multiple global stores. This position involves working in a rotating shift system, which may include Saturdays, Sundays, night shifts and on-call duty. The minimum base pay salary for this position is listed below.
