Instock Manager II - SVS - AMZ12580.7 Seattle, Washington, USA Employer: PillPack LLC Position: Instock Manager II - SVS - AMZ12580.7 Location: Seattle, WA Multiple Positions Available: (1) Develop automated procurement systems for a national network of fast paced fulfillment centers specializing in sub same day delivery. (2) Deep dive purchasing automation and be able to assess and fix failures while maintaining key business metrics. (3) Support national network of fulfillment centers and optimize inbound operations. (4) Use inventory management software, purchasing software, and automation systems to purchase and maintain required drug inventory at national and metropolitan fulfillment centers. (5) Active engagement in process improvements to continually increase efficiency and effectiveness of product development and supply chain processes. (6) Ongoing analytics and analysis to ensure accurate lead time, safety stock, review cycle, order methods, min/max points, and usage. (7) Single threaded owner to forecast and manage efficient inbound inventory flows and health, for the existing/new manufacturer programs. (8) Build and maintain knowledge management tools such as wikis and shared drives. (9) Regularly provides peer feedback and coaching to new team members inside/outside of their business unit or functional team. (10) Build and influence future roadmap (incl. strategy, tooling, etc).
