The Campus Manager is a key partner responsible for operational excellence and organizational health through business PXT leadership across their campus. Leading a team of HR Partners and HR Business Partners, you will partner with site, business, and HR Leaders to strengthen culture and deliver business results. You translate PXT priorities into clear, actionable campus-level strategy, driving operational excellence, improving employee experience, and building scalable PXT practices that support performance and long-term growth. Success in this role depends on prioritization, sound judgment, and leading through others to drive measurable improvements in attrition, attendance, engagement, and leadership effectiveness across multiple sites. You will be expected to travel and work onsite at an Amazon facility's, ensuring personal connection and hands-on leadership where needed.
