As the Head of Startups for AWS in UKI, you will play a pivotal role in helping the region's most innovative and high-potential startups scale, succeed, and innovated on the AWS platform. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end sales strategy, planning, and go-to-market execution for the startup business across the UK and Ireland. You will drive revenue growth, increase AWS adoption, and expand market adoption, while managing a high-performing sales team and working cross-functionally with business development, marketing, partners, solutions architecture, and service teams. We're looking for a growth-oriented sales leader with a strong understanding of the startup market, and demonstrated expertise in both Cloud and AI. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in technology sales leadership, the ability to connect to the technical needs of founders, C-level executives, VC's and the strategic thinking to convert complex, ambiguous problems into actionable, data-driven initiatives.
