About this role
Head of JP AdTech Sales, AdTech Sales Tokyo, JPN Amazon Advertising is experiencing unprecedented growth and represents a key strategic focus for Amazon globally. We are seeking an experienced manager to lead and develop our Ad Tech Sales organization in Japan. This strategic leadership position will play a pivotal role in shaping Amazon's advertising technology presence in one of our most important markets. As manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of sales professionals focused on developing strategic partnerships and driving adoption of Amazon's advertising technology solutions across agencies and enterprise clients in Japan. Your organization will spearhead the growth of Amazon DSP, APIs, and cloud-based marketing analytics products, while creating innovative solutions that bridge Amazon's advertising and cloud capabilities. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the Japanese market, working closely with regional and global leadership to align priorities and resources. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing C-level relationships with key decision-makers across agencies and advertisers, including CMOs, CTOs, and senior marketing executives, while mentoring your team to do the same. Your leadership will be crucial in educating the market about the strategic value of programmatic advertising and Amazon's ad tech solutions.
