Global Lead for Federal Civilian and Defense Partners, Global Executive Relations Arlington, Virginia, USA AWS is looking for a Senior Manager to lead executive relationship strategy and execution for our Worldwide Public Sector Partners organization. AWS Partners are independent organizations-ranging from startups to global enterprises-that build, market, and sell solutions alongside AWS. These members of the AWS Partner Network leverage AWS technologies, funding, and tools to deliver specialized cloud services, consulting, and software solutions to customers worldwide. This role focuses on building and leveraging senior-level relationships with defense and federal civilian Partners-from defense industrial base primes and defense technology companies to systems integrators and solution providers supporting government missions-turning those connections into meaningful business outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Global Executive Relations, this role operates at the intersection of government mission priorities and transformative technology. You'll work directly with AWS Partners' senior leadership to identify, cultivate, and activate executive relationships that open doors to defense and federal civilian customers, accelerating pipeline and revenue. We're looking for someone with strong existing relationships across the defense and federal civilian Partner ecosystem-someone who understands how these agencies buy, how Partners win work, and how AWS fits into that equation. You thrive in complex, fast-moving environments, operate with discretion, and know how to translate executive relationships into measurable business outcomes This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
