About this role
Fleet Manager, Amazon Logistics Guadalajara, Jalisco, MEX Join our Fleet team as a Program Manager I where you'll drive operational excellence in fleet safety, availability, and utilization across Amazon's last mile delivery network. In this impactful role, you'll partner directly with regions and delivery stations to develop and implement solutions focused on fleet management. You'll be responsible for conducting comprehensive fleet calibrations, defining feedback strategies, and executing action plans that directly improve our delivery capabilities. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact through your ability to influence stakeholders and deliver measurable results. Your analytical skills and process-oriented mindset will help identify opportunities for improvement across the fleet network. As a successful candidate, you'll combine project management expertise with strong communication skills to build partnerships, implement standardized processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support Amazon's growing delivery operations. Key job responsibilities - Perform fleet calibrations through visual inspections at delivery stations and develop data-driven action plans to improve fleet availability and utilization - Define and implement feedback and training strategies for stakeholders to enhance fleet safety and operational performance - Establish and maintain productive relationships with regional teams and delivery stations to provide effective fleet management solutions - Execute action plans with timely follow-up and prepare documentation for business review mechanisms - Monitor key performance indicators for fleet safety, availability, and utilization, identifying opportunities for process improvements **Travel expectations for this role will be approximately 60%** A day in the life Your day begins with fleet calibrations
