Ops Finance E2E is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager to join its USCF FP&A team. This is an exciting opportunity to innovate and reduce our cost to serve customers through partnership with teams across Operations and Technology. Regular collaboration with business leaders will provide an opportunity to exhibit your verbal and written communication skills. A typical day in this role involves partnering with business leaders to analyze real-world problems, create meaningful business reporting, and build and maintain financial models to measure overall financial performance. This role will have visibility to senior leadership and provides the right candidate with an opportunity to impact top-line growth and identify value-added insights for profitability improvements.
