Executive Assistant II, Fire TV Sunnyvale, California, USA The Fire TV organization is seeking a driven, experienced, strategic, and highly proactive Executive Assistant to provide executive support to two senior leaders in Fire TV (Seattle, WA and Sunnyvale, CA). This role will serve as a strategic business partner, managing complex executive operations across the 3P & 1P Fire TV organizations. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggling multiple critical requests across internal and external stakeholders, all while proactively anticipating needs and driving improvements across the leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. The ability to be flexible and change direction at a moment's notice is critical for success in this role. We work as a global team, dealing with multiple stakeholders across the business and product teams: therefore, it is essential to have the ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.
