Executive Assistant, AWS Billing Product Seattle, Washington, USA AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations - from foundational services such as Amazon's Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWS's services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you'll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Within AWS UC, Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) roles engage with AWS customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a skilled and high-performing Executive Assistant to support the Billing Leadership team. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while prioritizing and executing on tasks that have an impact across multiple teams. You will be an experienced planner and coordinator with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently. You must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs, drive improvements for a geographically dispersed team, and understand handling of confidential information and be trusted to maintain data privacy. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture.
