Executive Assistant, APJC Technology, APJC Technology Sydney, New South Wales, AUS We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to partner with APJC Technology Leadership and contribute to the operational effectiveness and scale of our organization. This detail-oriented, proactive professional will be responsible for enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities by expertly managing complex scheduling, travel, events, and operational coordination across a fast-paced, global organization. This role supports technical leaders across Solutions Architecture, Customer Solutions Management, and related teams, with a focus specifically on ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving efficiency across the APJC Tech organization spanning Asia-Pacific, Japan & China. This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous, high-velocity environments. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is essential. Over time, you will build deep, trusting partnerships with leaders and their teams, creating opportunities for increased responsibility and special projects. Key job responsibilities • Own and manage complex executive calendars across global time zones, proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring leaders are prepared for engagements • Coordinate domestic and international travel, crafting detailed itineraries that optimize time and productivity • Conceptualize and execute team events ranging from social gatherings to large-scale staff meetings and leadership offsites • Attend key meetings, track deliverables, and drive follow-up on action items • Work closely with leadership to provide real-time prioritization of business activities • Exercise sound judgment when handling confidential matters and communications • Manage expense reporting,
