About this role

Executive Assistant, AmSec - Secure Tool Foundations Seattle, Washington, USA We're seeking an Executive Assistant to support multiple leaders in the Secure Tools Foundation Organization (STF) of Amazon Security. This role requires attention to detail, high organizational skills, excellent business judgment, diplomacy working with CISO offices across Amazon Security, and a high aptitude working with Executive offices across Amazon. You will maintain a high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information and demonstrate professionalism when interacting with senior leaders. The STF organization has brought together multiple teams and organizations from across Amazon Security to make security easier for everyone. We work together to eliminate unnecessary steps in security processes, fix underlying problems through automation and better safeguards, and create helpful tools that make security tasks simpler for people to complete. What this means to our STF Executive Administrative team is we directly enable our leaders to make security easier for everyone by streamlining administrative processes, anticipating calendaring needs, and creating efficient systems that allow executives to focus on eliminating security barriers across Amazon. Our team is small but mighty as no job is too big or too small; rolling up our sleeves and getting the work done without ego is our modus operandi. This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
