ERP Application Manager, Accounting Transformation Group Seattle, Washington, USA Amazon is seeking an experienced ERP Application Manager to lead application ownership, solution delivery, and continuous improvement for critical ERP capabilities supporting Amazon's global finance and accounting operations. This leader will play a key role in driving ERP transformation initiatives, improving scalability and controllership, and ensuring finance applications meet the needs of a rapidly growing and complex business. The ideal candidate combines strong ERP product and program leadership with deep understanding of finance processes, application management, and enterprise systems. This role requires close partnership with Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, Internal Controls, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, manage delivery, and ensure ERP capabilities support both current operational needs and long-term transformation goals. This position is well suited for a leader who can operate at both strategic and execution levels, translating business problems into scalable system solutions, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering measurable business outcomes in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
