Editorial Stylist, Creative Content Team New York, New York, USA Shopbop is seeking an experienced Editorial Stylist to lead styling execution across on-figure and off-figure content for site, email, and social channels. This role independently drives assigned shoots and marketing briefs from concept through final delivery, translating seasonal creative direction into compelling, conversion-focused storytelling. This position requires a strong understanding of fashion trends, deep knowledge of the Shopbop customer, and the ability to translate creative direction into commercially effective storytelling. The Editorial Stylist partners cross-functionally with Fashion Office, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Art Direction, and Production to ensure styling supports brand standards and business priorities. The ideal candidate maintains a high bar for visual excellence while operating with strong ownership and discipline. They thrive in a fast-paced editorial environment and consistently deliver elevated, conversion-focused content. Key job responsibilities -Lead styling execution for assigned on-figure and off-figure editorial stories across site, email, and social platforms, translating seasonal direction into commercially effective content. -Own shoots end-to-end, including pre-production strategy, on-set execution, and post-production review. -Develop strategic outfitting plans that align product focus, trend relevance, and business priorities. -Maintain a high bar for fit, proportion, and visual impact while styling at high volume in a fast-paced production environment. -Partner cross-functionally to ensure styling decisions support inventory strategy, brand positioning, and marketing objectives. -Contribute to casting decisions to ensure model selection reinforces product storytelling and overall visual impact. -Submit detailed retouching notes to uphold product accuracy and visual standards. -Navigate complex internal workflows and production
