AWS Networking Services forms the backbone of cloud connectivity, enabling customers to build secure, scalable, and high-performance network architectures that power their most critical workloads. We are seeking an exceptional Director, Technical Product Management - External Services to join AWS Networking Services. This role will drive product strategy and execution across high impact areas such as Cloud Networking, Edge Security, Application networking, and Content Delivery Network. About the Role As Director of Technical Product Management for External Services, you will lead a team of product managers responsible for defining and delivering the next generation of AWS networking capabilities that connect customers to AWS and enable global content delivery. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for services that handle trillions of requests daily and power some of the world's largest and most demanding applications. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will: • Define product strategy for AWS's external networking services portfolio, balancing customer needs, technical innovation, and business objectives • Lead and develop a team of senior product managers, fostering a culture of customer obsession, innovation, and operational excellence • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, sales, marketing, support, and partner teams to deliver integrated solutions • Engage directly with customers including enterprise customers, ISVs, and AWS's largest accounts to understand requirements and validate solutions • Own business outcomes including revenue
