DE Legal Office Manager (Paralegal / Project Management) Munich, Bavaria, DEU Amazon is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager (Paralegal/ Project Management) with a legal background to join the German (DE) Legal Department. The Office Manager will be a key member of the DE legal team, combining paralegal expertise with project management skills to ensure the smooth operation of the department and the effective delivery of legal and administrative projects. In this role, you will serve as the central coordination point for the DE Legal Department, managing day-to-day office operations while providing substantive paralegal support across legal litigation matters. You will liaise with external counsel and internal business and legal partners, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflows. You will oversee and drive cross-functional projects, and champion simplification, process improvements, innovation, and AI projects across the department. The ideal candidate will combine strong paralegal skills with exceptional organizational and project management abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment and working autonomously to execute multiple time-sensitive projects. You must be comfortable managing competing priorities, navigating ambiguity, and delivering results with minimal direction. This role demands flexibility, resourcefulness, and an innovative spirit.
