In this role, you'll: • Serve as a primary technical resolver for data center infrastructure challenges • Work within the Data Center Operations (DCO) team to maintain IT infrastructure and hardware • Develop expertise in various hardware and software troubleshooting scenarios • Lead resolution of infrastructure issues and coordinate with solution teams on complex cases • Help drive continuous improvements This position includes shift work and may require rotation between locations.
