The Amazon Customs & Trade (ACT) team plays a critical role in that mission - delivering end-to-end customs brokerage services that keep global supply chains moving efficiently and compliantly. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-obsessed Customs Brokerage Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will own daily customs clearance operations across ocean, air, rail, and truck cross-border shipments - partnering with freight forwarders, sellers, and vendors to ensure accurate documentation, timely entry filing, and full regulatory compliance. You'll be a key escalation point for clearance issues and a trusted resource for internal and external stakeholders. Key job responsibilities - Verify completeness and accuracy of customer onboarding documentation and commercial records - Prepare and submit import documentation to regulatory agencies to ensure timely release and delivery - Perform accurate data entry for entry filing, tariff classifications, and inspection records - Monitor shipment clearance status and manage issue escalation with freight forwarders and logistics partners - Generate and track delivery forms, ensuring all compliance requirements are met - Meet daily and weekly KPI targets for entry submission accuracy and timeliness - Serve as second-tier support for Customer Service escalations related to cross-border shipments - Collaborate with origin and destination logistics teams to resolve shipment issues end-to-end About the team The Amazon Customs & Trade (ACT) team is a fast-paced, high-impact
