Corporate Communications Lead, Brazil, International Stores & Corporate Communications Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo, BRA We're looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven communications leader to own the Corporate narrative in Brazil. The mission for this role is clear: amplify and protect Amazon's reputation in Brazil as a force for good and a corporate citizen that fosters country development - through sustained communications campaigns that earn trust, shape perception, and demonstrate real impact across communities, employees, and the country. You will develop and execute end-to-end corporate communications strategy across three pillars - Economic & Community Impact, Workplace & Operations, and Sustainability - while leading internal corporate communications and issues management. This is a rare opportunity to lead corporate communications for a business undergoing unprecedented expansion in a country where trust, local relevance, and authentic storytelling deliver tangible impact for our business, and inform our customers, employees, and business partners. Key job responsibilities Develop and execute integrated corporate communications strategies positioning Amazon as a responsible and constructive corporate citizen and driver of Brazil's social, economic, and technology development, transforming data into compelling narratives that resonate across multiple audiences • Serve as strategic counsel on issues management, providing rapid-response guidance to leaders and coordinating cross-functional communications • Develop measurement frameworks demonstrating quantifiable impact on reputation, brand perception, and share of voice among opinion leaders • Lead internal corporate communications strategy for corporate employees, transforming workforce into informed, engaged brand ambassadors through integrated channels and cultural moments A day in the life You'll start
