ABOUT THIS ROLE Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a Contract and Rights Specialist. As a Contract and Rights Specialist, you will play a key role in Audible's contract execution, provider onboarding, data management and deal implementation processes on Audible's Global Deal Operations Team. You will collaborate with our Publisher Partnerships, Business Affairs, Legal, Finance and Catalog Operations teams to make sure the terms in our content agreements are effectively implemented. You'll manage changes over the contract lifecycle, foster good working relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers, maintain accurate and complete contract data across key databases, provide reporting to support departmental operational activities, and oversee external operations for Audible's sublicense agreements. ABOUT YOU You are a self-starter and creative problem solver with an operations or IP licensing background and impeccable operational, organizational and analytical skills. You love simplifying, improving and automating processes. You stay current with emerging technologies and excel at identifying both tech-driven and human-centric solutions. You have a knack for bringing order to ambiguity, navigating through roadblocks, and translating business needs into operational plans.
