Content Growth Lead, Creator Partnerships New York, New York, USA Amazon's Creator Services team leads creator programs that span media, commerce, and culture. We connect creators and Amazon's diverse businesses, helping bring big ideas to life across Wondery, Amazon Music, Twitch, Audible, Amazon Games, and beyond. Join us in making Amazon the home for creators. We're seeking a leader to build and scale our Content Growth team in service of our creator partnerships. This role will own the strategy and execution of content distribution across all services - including YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and Amazon's owned-and-operated products - to maximize audience reach, engagement, and monetization for our creator partners. Today, those creator shows include New Heights (Jason and Travis Kelce), Mind The Game (LeBron James and Steve Nash), Baby, This Is Keke Palmer (Keke Palmer), Armchair Expert (Dax Shepard), and more. You'll lead a team responsible for transforming how we distribute and optimize creator content, building in-house platform expertise, and developing scalable workflows that drive growth. This role reports to the Head of Creator Partnerships and must be located in New York City or Los Angeles.
