Amazon opened its remote doors in 1995 and strives to be the world's most customer-centric company, where customers can find and discover anything they might want to buy online. That customer experience is built on a foundation of innovative and highly technical Fulfillment Centers around the globe. This construction role will build and improve the physical infrastructure of Amazon's online fulfillment business. The North American Construction team is looking for an experienced Construction Manager who will be responsible for construction of new Fulfillment Centers in entire US as well as renovations & tenant improvements at existing Fulfillment Centers. The Construction Manager will serve as Amazon's representative and direct point of interface with Developers and General Contractors, as well as the primary integrator between construction and other Amazon stakeholders responsible for equipping, furnishing, and operating Fulfillment Centers. This opportunity combines construction engineering, planning, project management, facilities management, and contract management. This is a remote role with frequent travel to job sites in the entire US. This role requires 60% regional travel and availability to work from a corporate office when not traveling.
