Change Manager/Project Manager Logistics - Bielefeld Bielefeld, North-Rhine-Westphalia, DEU Operations is the driving force behind Amazon. As a Change Manager, you will ensure that your site functions perfectly to meet the demands of our customers. You will take on a number of projects across our network to drive productivity. Key job responsibilities - Lead process improvement projects, engaging stakeholders, and aligning goals - Oversee and manage the site's investment and process improvement budgets to drive impactful enhancements - Lead the site's Non-inventory Supplies and Waste Management team - Collaborate with the Leadership Steering Committee to prioritize and implement improvement initiatives - Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through root cause analysis, Standard Work, 5S, and Andon A day in the life You will work in one of our sites, ensuring it is as productive as possible. Your main task will be the complete governance of ongoing site changes and compliance; You ensure the site understands, accepts and implements all changes from all global and EU initiatives and you are responsible for progress audits.
