About this role
Catalog Specialist, Books Category Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND The Books India team is hiring an experienced Catalog Specialist to help us grow our business in innovative ways. We are dedicated to driving programmatic interventions to improve catalogue quality and hence improve customer experience over millions of books selection. Tasks include interacting and coordinating with stakeholder across teams, gathering and presenting customer feedback and incorporating into catalogue information, solving challenging operational goals and using AI as an enabler to scale. - Report catalog audit results and communicate them to others within the organization - Analyze data and identify new trends/patterns - Identify generic patterns in CX escalations and to be translated into guidelines and SOPs to improve overall catalogue process - Provide feedback to streamline existing processes to help the team achieve more consistent results with high quality. You will partner across teams to help design scalable and automated solutions to catalogue quality problems. Amazon is Earth's most customer-centric company.
