About this role
Carrier Transportation Manager, MX Air ATS Mexico City, Mexico City, MEX MX Air ATS is building a scalable air transportation network in Mexico through a hybrid, multi-carrier model integrated with ground operations. This role owns the synchronization of ground movements with flight schedules, ensuring reliable connectivity at origin and destination airports and timely injection into delivery stations. You will partner with Network Planning, Air Hubs, Ground Transportation, AMZL and ROC, executing mechanisms that align all movements feeding and draining the network to deliver consistent customer speed. Key job responsibilities - Own air middle-mile ground synchronization, ensuring all first-mile (FC→airport) and last-mile (airport→delivery station) movements are precisely aligned with flight schedules. - Execute midle-mile transportation mechanisms, ensuring shipments arrive at airports within defined cutoff windows, minimizing missed flights and protecting aircraft utilization. - Drive timely injection into delivery stations, aligning with AMZL cycles to maximize Next Day and Same Day delivery performance. - Partner with Network Planning, Air Hubs, Ground Carriers, AMZL and ROC to ensure planned flows are translated into consistent, executable movements across the network. - Identify and resolve execution gaps impacting connectivity, including late arrivals, misaligned CPTs, and dwell time at airport nodes, driving continuous improvement in speed and reliability. - Own ground-related disruption management, partnering with ROC and operations teams to execute recovery actions that protect customer promise and minimize downstream impact. - Improve air capacity utilization through ground execution discipline, ensuring that available space is effectively filled by eliminating variability in transportation timing. - Maintain and
