About this role

Business Ops Prog Manager, Worldwide Grocery Stores Private Brands New York, New York, USA Join Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) Private Brands (PB) as a Senior Business Operations Manager within WW Shared Services that supports sourcing, commercialization, and product development across Amazon and Wholefoods Market (WFM) channels. In this role, you will support the development of our Tools and Scaling strategies across Selection, Pricing, Catalog, and Product Lifecycle Management. You will create and manage mechanisms across channel partners, internal WWGS stakeholders, technical teams, and leaders across NA, EU, and APAC to implement efficiency improvements that enhance decision-making accuracy, and streamline operations. Key job responsibilities As a business operations manager to WW Shared Services, you will shape and execute solutions that directly impact our ability to accelerate PB product development . This role demands both big thinking and precise execution, as you'll support: • Driving strategic planning and execution, including in financial plans (OP1/OP2), business management reviews (MBR/QBR), tool migrations, annual roadmap workback planning (partnering with selection, sourcing, supplier strategy, and commercialization teams), country launches, and evaluation of new channels. • Owning mission-critical business operations and inspection mechanisms that keep our team operating at peak performance (e.g. monthly goal reviews, monthly product reviews) • Leading innovative initiatives that strengthen our team's capabilities to support PB teams across NA, EU, and APAC (e.g. business process kaizens) • Developing scalable frameworks that become the standard for how we operate and grow, esp. given that different regions and channels have varying maturities. • Partnering with
