The Sales Operations Team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Business Operations Manager to build, deliver, and maintain complex products that delight our customers and raise our performance bar. You'll design fault-tolerant systems that run at massive scale as we continue to innovate best-in-class services and applications in the AWS Cloud. Key job responsibilities • Acts as primary point of contact for assigned sales organizations to execute daily operational processes • Executes customer segmentation, territory/account mapping models and account tiering frameworks based on industry, size, and revenue potential to define sales territories and optimize sales coverage with revenue opportunity • Partners with stakeholders to validate planning assumptions and determine optimal distribution of quota and resources across territories and segments, resolving territory or account ownership disputes as needed • Manages revenue recognition processes and resolves attribution escalations to ensure accurate reporting • Maintains CRM and sales tools data quality to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting and provide visibility into key sales metrics to make business decisions • Supports regular business
