Business Intelligence Engineer, EMXO PLX - Analytics and Science Team Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND The EMXO PLX Analytics and Science team drives customer satisfaction and business growth by applying analytics and scientific methodologies to optimize the end-to-end customer experience across lifecycle marketing and social commerce. The team supports continuous improvement of programs, enhances marketing effectiveness, and develops innovative products and measurement solutions that help customers discover, engage, and progress throughout their journey with Amazon. We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented individual contributor with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of generating actionable insights and translating data into evidence-based recommendations that inform strategic decisions and business priorities. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while effectively managing multiple priorities. The candidate should demonstrate intellectual curiosity, a passion for innovation, and enthusiasm for leveraging new technologies and methodologies to improve decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to develop original analytical approaches, scalable solutions, and impactful recommendations in a dynamic and rapidly evolving business landscape.
