Business Analyst, BA, Central ACES Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND About the Org Fulfillment Centers (FCs) are the physical engine at the heart of Amazon, that move billions of units of inventory, employ tens of thousands of people, and ensure that customers get what they want when promised. Amazon India FC Operations team is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Business Intelligence Support Engineer who thrives in a fast paced, data-driven environment. The selected candidate will have a passion for building and maintaining scalable solutions to enable the growth our FC Operations. Responsibilities The position will work closely with Central ACES teams to develop platform and tools and analyze data to support PD initiatives, dig deep into data to determine root cause of defects, build and maintain decision support process to track defects and correct them in real time. Proposed Responsibilities of BIE Support will be: - Monitoring health of DWP jobs, infrastructure and platform - maintaining 100% availability and scaling - Performing root cause analysis and resolving Trouble Tickets. - Enhancements to the existing solutions independently (with minimal guidance from BIE team) - Gradual ownership of medium complexity solutions from the roadmap initiatives - Providing data insights to central ACES team to drive business critical actions. Key job responsibilities Fulfillment of data requirements of the central ACES team, Using Analytical tools to drive solutions to business problems. Data model creation for critical roadmap projects.
