We are seeking an innovative Sr. Program Manager with expertise in AI integration, workflow automation, and prompt engineering to work across Prime Video, Prime Video Direct, and Trust & Safety Content Policy teams. This role will focus on defining and driving large-scale AI-driven initiatives within Prime Video's Content Acquisition & Prime Video Direct teams, with a strong focus on workflow automation, SOP generation, content quality, and acquisition. As a Sr. Program Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that leverage AI technologies, agents, workflow automation tools, and advanced prompt engineering techniques. Your role will involve both building tools that help accelerate and automate internal processes as well as external processes and workflos that safeguard our service, protecting users and content creators.
