Automation & AI Integration PM, Prime Video Culver City, California, USA Prime Video is transforming how content creators distribute their work to global audiences. We are seeking an innovative Sr. Program Manager with expertise in AI integration, workflow automation, and prompt engineering to work across Prime Video, Prime Video Direct, and Trust & Safety Content Policy teams. This role will focus on defining and driving large-scale AI-driven initiatives within Prime Video's Content Acquisition & Prime Video Direct teams, with a strong focus on workflow automation, SOP generation, content quality, and acquisition. As a Sr. Program Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that leverage AI technologies, agents, workflow automation tools, and advanced prompt engineering techniques. Your role will involve both building tools that help accelerate and automate internal processes as well as external processes and workflos that safeguard our service, protecting users and content creators. The ideal candidate must excel in strategic AI implementation while addressing the unique challenges of a large - and have demonstrate success in delivering results in automation.
