We are looking for an inspiring and capable leader to ensure we continue delivering on our customer promise while enabling our teams to excel with a customer-obsessed mindset Key job responsibilities As an Area Manager, you will: · Lead and supervise a team of hourly associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations within the Fulfillment Center. · Champion safety initiatives and ensure full compliance to maintain a safe and secure work environment for all associates. · Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts aligned with network strategies, ensuring SOX compliance and consistency. · Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy, delivering actionable feedback to the operations management team. · Conduct shift planning and forecasting while effectively assigning and directing work. · Identify root causes of inventory deviations using cause-and-effect methodologies and implement corrective actions. · Drive and support network-wide Fulfillment & Operations-focused quality initiatives. · Review and analyze customer complaints and process defect data, developing comprehensive action plans to
