Analytics & Insights Manager, Amazon Ads Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND Amazon Advertising is seeking an experienced Analytics & Insights Manager to join our growing Sales organization. This role is critical to scaling our advertising business by leveraging data and insights to enhance marketing strategies for major clients and drive advertiser success. As an Analytics & Insights Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor to Sales teams (Account Executives and Account Managers) and advertisers, delivering value through insights development, measurement excellence, and innovation leadership. You will work backwards from advertiser needs to develop actionable insights that help optimize ad spend effectively with Amazon Ads. Key job responsibilities Strategic Insights, Analysis & Innovation • Develop and deliver bespoke analytical modules and insights that influence advertiser spending decisions and drive incremental revenue growth • Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and optimization opportunities, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations • Design and implement self-service analytics solutions and automated, scalable tools that enable Sales teams to execute insights independently • Build measurement frameworks and KPIs to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and influence advertiser budget allocation strategies • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to standardize best practices and enhance the speed and quality of insights delivery across the organization Stakeholder Management & Collaboration • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams to solve complex business problems and present findings to senior leadership and external clients • Act as a trusted advisor to Account Executives and Account Managers on analytics
