Key job responsibilities - Gerenciar o fluxo de entrada e saída de veículos; - Comunicar-se com os supervisores da área e escalar riscos relacionados à coleta (pick-up) ou saída de veículos (departure); - Acompanhar e monitorar indicadores de qualidade do processo; - Facilitar a comunicação entre as múltiplas áreas da operação; - Criar e acompanhar tickets para resolver problemas com transportadores; - Garantir o acoplamento dos veículos nas docas conforme a fila e o horário agendado; - Assegurar que os processos de segurança no pátio sejam seguidos por associados e motoristas.
